Eligibility for Admission

No age limit

ii)

Candidate should have passed UG under 10+2+3 system, with the same main subject in part III, for which he/she is seeking admission to B.Ed., Course.

iii)

Candidates who have taken more than one main subject in Part III (Double or Triple Major) of the U.G. degree have to choose onl one of the main subjects and apply for that optional only.

iv)

Candidates who have done their UG degree in Applied Mathematics can apply for Mathematics.

Candidtes who have done their UG degree in Applied Physics, Geophysics, Bio-Physics and Electroics can apply for Physical Science.

vi)

Candidates who have done their UG degree in Bio-Chemistry and Applied Chemistry can apply for Physical Science.

vii)

Candidates who have done their UG degree in Bio-Technology and Plant Biology can apply for Biological Science.

viii)

Candidates who have done their UG degree in Environmental Science and Micro-Biology can apply for Biological Science.

ix)

Candidates with the following marks in the Bachelor's Degree are eligible for admission to the programme other than economics, commerce and home science subjects for which PG Qualification will be mandatory.

OC - 50%

BC - 45%

MBC - 43%

SC - 40%

Candidates with PG Qualification and who have secured 50% of marks in PG Degree

The prscribed application form can be obtained from the college administrative office.

Enclosures

Applicants should produce the following certificates in original at the time of admission.

Transfer Certificate from the institution last studied.

Students must bring a copy of their passport size photograph when called for admission and two or more copies if he / she seeks admission into the hostel.
